Lake Village of Rochester Hills

Its been not even a week and I am already loving it! Jan ❤️ and Michelle are great staff and Daniel was so quick with getting initial maintenance requests sorted. The apartment is spacious, was cleaned thoroughly before moving in, the maintenance team is prompt to respond and the location is close to grocery store and mall.

If you are looking for an apartment then this place is top notch! The staff is amazing and friendly! You live across the street from the best park in the state! It’s getting pricy but I would not think of living in any other complex in the area. Michelle and Jan have always been there for me and my family during some difficult times. Maintenance is spot on and helpful. The people that live here are nice and clean. It’s a gated community and sits in a nice spot with nothing built around it in the woods. It’s quiet and peaceful with wildlife all around. I’ve lived in several apartments over the last 10 years and this one is by far the best. I feel at home here! Thank you guys 😊

The location is amazing, the price is great for everything they offer, the leasing office is always clean, always kind, helpful; they do a great job choosing neighbors, I have found the best people there, best friends. We did celebrate big birthday at the club house, we used the pool as many times as possible, the sauna, the bike trail is unique in metro Detroit. Innovation hills park is one of the best in the whole state. They were quick when we needed something. I just have great things to say about this place, the people, price, and everything. YOU WILL HE HAPY LIVING THERE!

Great property that is well managed with friendly neighbors and nice units. Rent is reasonable and they do a surprisingly good job with general upkeep and taking care of things like snow removal and salting in the winter. Michele and Jan in the leasing office are great; always very helpful and quick to respond. Great place to lease!

I just moved in 1 week ago, but already this apartment complex is 1000% times better than the apartment we came from in Clinton Twp. We have yet to hear ANY noise from the neighbors above, or to either side of us (which is crazy). The pool is so beautifully maintained and even has a gorgeous Waterfall. There are so many different walking and running paths and trails that you can just walk out your front door and get to it is amazing. This place is really special, I would call it a hidden gem.
