Roanoke Villas Apartments

I’ve had a great experience so far as a new tenant at this apartment complex. I’m living in a one-bedroom unit, and everything has been recently renovated — the apartment feels modern, clean, and very well done. The finishes, appliances, and overall layout make the space comfortable and updated. I also love that there’s no one living above me, which makes the unit especially quiet and peaceful. The location in Rochester Hills is a huge plus. It’s close enough to downtown, making it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer, while still being in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Looked at these apartments in the past and man what a transformation currently!! They are under new ownership and you can tell that they have taken the time to upgrade and make this a much more modern and nice place to live. The new property manager Cody was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to take me around property, and showed me the new renovations on the units and these are so beautiful. definitely one of the best bang for your bucks in the Rochester area. Was highly impressed.

Roanoke Villas is a gem in Michigan! Our 2-bedroom unit is spacious (900 sqft) with washer/dryer hookups and new plumbing/electrical. Great location near the village, well-maintained grounds, and affordable rent. Perfect for pet owners—highly recommend! 5/5
