Just wanted to let you know that today (emergency kitchen faucet replacement) & my previous plumbing services in my apartment (from Jonathan Jacobo maintenance department), has been a very good experience. Jonathan was very cheerful & friendly, communicates well, and hard-Working. He is very professional as well and reliable when it comes to my service needs for my apartment. Also want to mention Sam who was very helpful when I moved in Toscana Apartments. He is very nice and knowledgeable, helping me with the entire move-in process. I’ve never had such a positive welcoming and assistance moving in any place like Toscana. I appreciate him and will continue to see him whenever I have any questions while living here.

We recently moved into Toscana Apartments in Irvine, CA, and shortly after settling in, we noticed that one of the bathroom cabinets was missing a shelf. We submitted a maintenance request, and Kyle responded promptly. Kyle was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. After assessing the cabinet, he noticed the shelf clips were in place and confirmed that a shelf was indeed missing. Because the cabinet had an unusual shape, he went above and beyond by taking precise measurements and custom-building a shelf in his shop to ensure it fit perfectly. Jacobo González is the best! Anytime we have had a problem in our apartment, he has been very quick to help and explain everything in detail. He is quick and effective, and really knowledgeable on all repairs and longterm solutions. He is very reliable and I highly recommend him!

I just wanted to speak up about the great service we had from one of the maintenance staff, Jacobo Gonzalez. He was quick and professional, patient and kind despite our requests (we had three since our light and sink and shower drain had issues at the same time).
