I had to have a 4 point inspection on two rental properties for insurance purposes. Scott knew exactly what I needed. The cost was low per door, he was timely in his response and the reports were thorough. He was on time to our appointment and he came prepared, even with a drone for the roof footage. He was very courteous to me and my tenants and didn't inconvenience them. My reports came through the next day with photos and recommendations. I would recommend Scott and his company any time.

Scott was outstanding from start to finish! When I contacted him he was very friendly and able to come out the next day for mold inspection at my condo. He was upfront about pricing which was reasonable and comparable to the other highly rated places in the area I checked out.
