Colonnade at The Market Place

We had such a great experience working with Heba! We originally came in for a self-guided tour and happened to run into her in the hallway. She took the time to learn about what we were looking for in an apartment and personally showed us several different floor plans and locations around the property. Heba was exceptional. It’s rare to find genuine customer service these days, but she went above and beyond and treated us with such care and kindness. The apartments themselves are beautiful as well. If you’re planning to tour the building, I highly recommend asking for Heba she will take great care of you.

Heba has been very helpful. We initially had a self-guided tour. We asked if we can see other units that are not included in our initial tour. She showed us so many options. She’s wonderful!

My husband and I recently toured this community, and I genuinely left feeling excited about the possibility of living here. The property is very well maintained, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and overall aesthetic of the apartments. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived. Heba showed us around and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, patient with our questions, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly without making us feel rushed. It really made a positive impression on us. This community is definitely at the top of our list as we search for our next home.

Heba was amazing . I had a tour and she showed me all the layouts I was interested in. She gave me all my options and described everything with great detail. The apartments were beautiful!
