I had Juan come and fix my shower. He was very knowledgeable about what to do and very kind. I was able to have good conversation with him as he fixed my shower which made the process go by a lot quicker!

I have been living here wit my son for going on a year. I love living here my move in went so smooth and any time I need help or bring up a concern Jack Kurt and John McGuire have always promptly helped me. I work at UCI so having a home so close to work that the employees care about so much. Thank you all at Town Center.

I want to thank Jasmin and Rolanda for offering exceptional service for me. They assisted me in setting up my auto payments for my rent today. However, Jasmin has assisted me in the past, she is kind and patient with me. She always willing to help. I love the community.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Jack and John, at Stanford Court! They have always been so helpful with any apartment needs that I have, and also very knowledgeable with regards to my lease! Thank you for everything, guys!

It has been a month since I moved into Berkeley and I couldn’t be happier. The service here is wonderful and there is so much convenience in the area. The move in was made so easy by Jack and Hailey. Couldn’t be happier for my new transition in life. And I love all the pools and jacuzzis!!
