I would give zero stars if i could. This is the worst company ever to rent from. The are very responsive until you pay your money then they disappear! I have been in my new home for 6 days for 3 days i had no water and they dont have a after hours maintenance # to contact so i had to wait until Monday for someone to finally respond and send someone out. Now my shower is working improperly was told someone will be here at 9am no one showed up and they will not respond to my emails! Rent anywhere but from them homes are expensive enough you’ll think they have some kind of professionalism.

Worst leasing company I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unresponsive. They charged me a late fee before my lease started. Mike never calls back or follows up with attempts at contact. I have to send repeated messages to get through and answer they don’t address what the message was about. The house is great. The maintenance person Sean is amazing, loved him. But mike is unresponsive and unhelpful. I would love to get in contact with the owner of the property to complain.

This company is horrible. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL! It's hard to get in contact with someone. Lindsay (the office manager) is very rude. They don't show up for inspections, don't get repairs done before re-inspections. The maintenance guy, Will, is nice but takes forever to get the repairs done. He has his kid doing work while he sits in his truck on the phone. (I watched him via my ring camera sitting in his truck On the phone for about an hour) Repairs that could be done in a day takes several days. Will will tell you that he'll be back the next morning to complete, but will never show up or call to say he's not coming or to reschedule. He pops up unexpectedly... I could go on & on, but I'm sure you get it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Everytime I go up there to pay rent or talk with anyone they are super nice. I had an electrical issue and Rita sent out a VERY professional electrician. Problem was fixed and issue resolved in less than a day. Anytime she isn't available, Crystal took my call and said my issue might not get fixed today but definitely this weekend, it isn't an emergency so I can live with that. They never come by for random inspections, or have ever been a problem for us. They've been extremely helpful through this process. Especially the manager... I forget her name... but she is very nice.

So many complaints!! Unfortunately they were forced upon me when the previous owners list the property during a for closure and sold to someone who uses Top Property. Where do I start, there's so many things wrong I can't even begin to explain. Additionally when u call or email maintenance Rita promises to send someone out who never shows up. She tells you to call and remind them if no one comes out in a week. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO REMIND YOU TO COME FIX MY HOME??? Charon talks to you like you have a tail over the phone and she's not helpful or understanding at all and I'm not on government assistance. Hell I KNOW I make her salary with money left over. You can complain to the manager but they all act as though they are afraid of her but I'm not and I guarantee she won't talk that mess in y
