FNC Appraisals

I engaged FNC Appraisals after receiving notification of a significant appraised value increase (60%) in my home's value from St. Louis County. Mr. Vargas first met with me to determine whether I had a hope of getting a reduction. After seeing my house and looking at local comparable houses, he agreed to complete the appraisal. He delivered quickly. I just had my appeal, and the County reduced the assessed value of my property to much closer to Mr. Vargas' appraisal without any argument or discussion. He was professional, easy to work with, and enabled my appeal to be successful. I'll hire him again when I need another appraisal.

We found out in mid-December that we needed an appraisal for estate settlement by the end of the year. Carlos was able to get in and handle the appraisal in the middle of the holiday season. He was professional, funny, and a genuinely nice person. The appraisal came back within 5 days, counting Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of an appraisal.
