Prairie Point

I have lived here for two years. For the most part it has been a great experience. Jenny in the office is one of the kindest, most helpful people I have met. My concern is the trash bins. There is always trash on the ground by the bins, at least by my apartment. I know other residents have complained. I work hard to keep my apartment neat and clean and do not want to attract any bugs, or worse rodents. I wish the owners would install a camera to catch the residents who do not care enough to put their garbage inside the bin. It is unfair, and unsanitary, for the rest of the tenants.

I am updating my review to say that I still love living here. Both office staff and maintenance staff are fabulous to work with - shout-outs to Jenny, Jamie, and DJ! They are responsive to concerns, questions, and requests. Everyone is friendly and courteous, even when addressing a lease violation (sorry!), which is refreshing. Staff go out of their way to make Prairie Point inclusive of everyone. It is a very family-friendly and pet-friendly community with a ton of organized activities. For an older build, the apartments are well maintained and spacious. While true that we can no longer use our fireplaces, they really are not needed. My apartment is great at maintaining steady temperatures, even in the few artic chill days O'Fallon gets. While I don't use some of the amenities offered (

One of the worst places to live. They charged me over $1,000 claiming it was for carpet replacement, which was absolutely not the case. Management and staff are extremely rude and arrogant. The apartment itself is very old, and living here during winter or summer is miserable. The appliances and windows are outdated, which leads to constantly high electricity bills just to stay comfortable. There are many newer, better apartments in the area for the same price or less. If you value peace of mind and basic comfort, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. If there were an option for less than 1 star, that’s what I’d give.

I'm staying in this apartment for close to 36 months and really love this clean environment, landscape they maintain. Apartments are really built nice way with all required amenities and also the community has all further benefits right from Gym, Swimming Pool, spacious parking & leasing Office Internet for urgent needs. Last but not the least - the office members and technical staffs are too awesome and friendly that all your questions are answered immediately and also the service requests are resolved as early as possible after logging the same. Overall good place to live and definitely would be good home!

I love my new cozy home. The complex is very well cared for and I’m very happy.
