Avenue64 Apartments

We absolutely love our new apartment! The amenities are fantastic, the appliances are brand new, and the floor plan is much better than we expected. Everything feels modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Ty was incredibly patient and provided amazing support throughout the leasing process. She is very kind and truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents have a great experience. Jamie is very responsive and knowledgeable — an exceptional property manager who genuinely cares about the community. Both Ty and Jamie are always looking for ways to make things better. It’s always a pleasure to see them — they greet everyone with a smile, remember tenants by name, and are always open and ready to assist. Have not lived here long, but this is an amazing property! The staff is very warm welcoming and willing to help with anything!! They made moving from another state easy and worked with me through that! Jamie is the absolute best to work with. Macitence is fast to respond! The amenities are the best, especially the valet trash service! Cannot wait to use the pool next season !

I really love living here at avenue 64. Jamie and team quite often go above and beyond on resident events. They address concerns if they arise promptly and professionally. The units are nice, modern, and spacious. They have a variety of layouts. The amenities are amazing. I have a pool, fire pits, a large garage, a big beautiful balcony, tons of living space, Amazon lockers, washer and dryer in unit, valet trash and many other amenities right at my fingertips. Maintenance has a quick response to needs. I appreciate the no smoking rule, valet trash, and all aspects of the clubhouse / building 1 the most. TLDR: Jamie made an async approval and signing process seamless. The amenities, both paid for and included for residents are beyond what I thought were even available at apartments, residents are kind, and the only thing that would make this a sour experience is Avenue64 devolving into my previous living experience at another complex. I recently moved in and Jamie was clear and responsive with any communications, which created a seamless experience working through the approval process async. This was helpful considering my work schedule and limited availability during the day. So far, everyone has been extremely kind, and the amenities provided outweigh any options I've seen for places with similar pricing east of the river. Avenue 64 is a great place to live! I have lived here since opening month and couldn't have chosen a better place. It is a safe and pleasant place to live. Being in close proximity to major highways and shopping is a plus! Staff have always been kind and accommodating. The amenities are well cared for and clean. I totally enjoy the various activities throughout the year which allows residents to get to know each other. It creates a wonderful sense of community!
