As a first time home buyer Todd made this experience not only easy, but enjoyable for my wife and I. Todd is the consummate professional and he is very detailed in his approach whether it’s listing a home or helping you buy a home. He helped us determine the right listing price for our home so that we didn’t have our home on the MLS for days or weeks. He brings an extensive knowledge as well in the new home buying and building process. He’s a great listener and will help you make those tough decisions. We will definitely use him the next home we sell or buy.

Todd was amazing helping me and my husband by our first home. Always there when you message, he would make sure all our questions were answered, very supportive throughout the entire process, and even helped us fix an issue after we closed!
