I recently moved into the Alexan Melissa a couple months ago. Yesmin at the leasing office has been SO helpful throughout the process!! Genuinely from beginning when I started looking at the property, to when I was all moved in and needed some additional help on a few items, Yesmin has been super friendly and ready to assist. The mangers Mickayla and Kody have also been great throughout the entire process. The property itself is surrounded by greenery and so far, has been a wonderful, quiet residence to live. Would highly recommended considering this place as your next apartment community.

I had a great experience visiting this community! The property is very clean, well kept, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are beautiful as well as the amenity center and really make the place stand out. A big thank you to Yesmin, Cody, Makayla, and Steffany for being so helpful and kind during my visit. They answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and truly made me feel valued as a guest!!! Overall, I was really impressed and would definitely recommend checking this place out!

While touring The Alexan, I was warmly welcomed by Makayla , Cody, Yesmin and Steffany . The property is beautiful and very inviting. Although I won’t be moving until later this year, they have definitely earned a top spot on my list. Thank you, ladies — you were all so friendly and helpful!

I’m currently living here and having a great experience. The service is excellent, and the staff is always very attentive to residents’ requests. They respond quickly and are genuinely helpful whenever something is needed. The complex is consistently clean and well maintained, which makes it a very pleasant place to live. I definitely recommend it!
