Absolutely love this place! The Townhomes at Sam Rayburn are beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The community is quiet and welcoming, and everything feels brand new and thoughtfully designed. The leasing staff is professional, friendly, and super helpful throughout the process they really make you feel comfortable and valued. The location is great and convenient, and overall the property exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality place to call home!

Really was impressed with the quality of the build. So far so good with the management. They seem professional. No hidden fees. The location is great and it’s hard to beat living at new construction townhomes. It feels like living at a resort rather than an apartment. The townhomes with the pond view are incredible and are filling up quick. Stoked there’s not a premium on them yet! Looks to be a great place to live for the long run.

Very nice townhomes community. I really love this place. When I saw the townhome first time, I fell in love immediately. House is very good with many upgrades, everything looks modern and clean. Community is very peaceful and nice people around. Management team is very friendly and helpful always, they support very well. Because of all this, I am planning to buy here.
