The Landing at Willow Grove Apartments

I just moved in and the process was pretty straight forward and seamless. I had a small hiccup with my renters insurance and had to end up cancelling the company I had been with for almost 10 years. However, Alicia directed me to a different company and I was able to get a policy on the spot with no issues. The location of the complex is great and after 2 days I am already spotting new ways to get around.

Alex and Edgar changed out my thermostat to a nest. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They made sure it was all in working order before leaving. They even helped me to set it up on my phone. Overall very good service. Thank you!

I waited a few months before leaving this review so I could give an honest assessment of my experience living here. Overall, the unit itself is very nice, spacious, well laid out, and the balcony is a great size. Ive been here about 6 months and had no issues with the move-in process. I worked with Alicia, who was amazing, very informative, professional, and transparent throughout everything. Originally, there were complications with the unit I was supposed to move into, and I was asked if I could push my move-in date by a few days and switch to a different unit. I wasn’t in a huge rush, so this wasn’t an issue, and I appreciated the honesty upfront rather than being moved in and dealing with problems later. When I first moved in, the experience was great. Alicia in the office was very helpful and made the leasing process smooth. About six months in, I had ongoing noise issues with a neighbor’s dog barking for hours, as early as 2–4 a.m. It took longer than expected to resolve and involved a lot of back-and-forth emails, but the leasing manager ultimately handled it directly, stayed patient, and followed through. The issue has now been fully resolved, and I no longer hear the dog or have problems with noisy neighbors. I also had an AC issue where it kept turning on when it was off, and maintenance fixed it the very next day, which I really appreciated.
