Tivoli Park Apartments

Tivoli Park is a great place to live with a very welcoming atmosphere and a true sense of community. I really enjoy the neighbors here, and it’s wonderful seeing so many families making the complex feel like home. While there are occasionally minor faults, the staff genuinely tries their best to resolve any issues that arise.

I absolutely love these apartments — easily my favorite place I’ve rented so far! My apartment was freshly remodeled when I moved in, and the grounds and amenities are always clean and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the leasing office provides excellent customer service. Daniela, Zoraida, and Andrew have all been incredibly helpful in making my experience at Tivoli a great one. They are always friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any questions. I highly recommend this community!

I am very happy living at Tivoli. I’ve been here for many years and they treat me very well. Zoraida and Daniela have always helped me with whatever I need. They always resolve things for me, and I highly recommend them. Tivoli Park would not be the same without them. Truly, Tivoli Park is very fortunate to have employees as respectful and professional as the two of them. Maintenance is very good and always takes care of issues. I would recommend anyone to live here because it is a clean property and has many things to do as a family, and you can live here peacefully with your family.

It says a lot about a place when they partner with a parking enforcement company that operates off what feels like a single cellphone. The system funnels residents into paying first and asking questions later, and the property covers itself with bold “we are not responsible” language everywhere. That reads like awareness, not accountability. This is the second time my car has been booted here. The first time, I was told my registration was not processed correctly on their end. This time, my parking registration was rejected because my lease name does not match my vehicle registration due to an active legal name change, which the office knew about when I moved in. The apartments are decently priced. That's most likely because they are covered in mold, and you are a road over from Martin Luther King boulevard. If you feel that is a safe area, think again. The only thing good about this apartment complex is that the prices are halfway decent and that you are very close to i-95 to leave. Other than that, you can expect the police to be patrolling your neighborhood day in and day out.
