The assistance I recieved from Henry over the past week was excellent. We had several long phone calls where he was patient and able to research my situation so that it could be resolved. He followed through when he said he would get back to me when my payment was received. We set a day for him to call me but the payment came in early and he contacted me that day to let me know. He is very personable and I appreciated the great effort he put forth to assist me. He even helped me get on the portal, explained how to navigate it, and helped me reset my password. A valuable employee for sure!
