I got a little confused towards the end, but it was probably my fault.

Not too happy with this place at all. This place only caters to the snowbirds not to the permanent residents which I think is wrong because the permanent residents deserve to be pampered as well we pay maintenance here too. Why should you take money from budget to throw welcome and farewell parties for them when you can do pot luck and put the budget money to go towards repairs on the building's. Too much stuff goes un said here. People committing suicide in lakes, shoot outs, etc. A lot of people here not too friendly at all especially the staff they don't like to assist Latinos and African Americans. The people on the board in my mother's building need to retire they know nothing they don't help anyone, if you don't want to help the new people that buy in your building then get off the
