I’ve had an extremely unpleasant experience here since the moment I signed my lease. Tenesha Brown has made me feel uncomfortable from the very beginning. Her attitude toward new residents is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Moving into a new home should be an exciting and welcoming experience, but instead I’ve been met with hostility and poor treatment. From the beginning she stated she couldn’t help me because she ‘wouldn’t receive credit for it,’ which was extremely unprofessional. Carlos happened to be out of town right before my move-in, and instead of helping, she made the process uncomfortable It’s disappointing to see someone in a resident-facing position behave this way. No tenant should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when dealing with management. I truly hope own

My daughter lives here and has been treated poorly by Tanisha Brown. From the moment she moved in to an apartment that had several maintenance issues and did not receive the apartment she was promised.When my daughter received the keys, Tanisha was on a personal phone call and was made to feel very uncomfortable. I personally put my trust into this community that they would be pleasant,professional and very helpful with my daughter and they have not been. I hope upper management rectifies this problem immediately.

I moved recently and the selection and application process was everything done online and I have no regrets. Everything done with the help of Carlos Correa who makes you feel comfortable and the process effortless. He takes his time to assist you in any matter with great attitude. In terms of the apartment the only thing is that the common area needs more attention in terms of cleaning.
