I’ve been working with Kim and the outstanding team at TitleCo for close to 10 years now and they have never let me down. Their communication is always solid, I have never had a delay caused by them, and they treat my clients with real respect rather than just another closing. I trust them completely and I am genuinely grateful for the way they care about every single person I send their way. I look forward to another 10 years with TitleCo on my side.

We were suppose to close 1/26 and its 2/17 (almost a month later!) and we have NO update on anything pertaining to our file that should have been a two week close. Communication is non existent and they do whatever they want. This deal in escrow right now has been nothing short of a nightmare and it was with the same client they had a few weeks prior (which was also a disaster). Don't know what's going on recently with them but I'll never recommend them again.

I’ve worked with Jim on a few transactions and will continue to do so. Jim has been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and on top of things making sure deals close in timely manner. I appreciate all of your help and look forward to continuing to work with you on more deals in the future!

This review has been a long time coming. I am a Real Estate Agent. I have been working with Titleco now for 5 years. They are by far the best title company I have used and I have used plenty. The service is excellent and everyone I have worked with there has been very helpful and nice and professional. Kim is the owner and she is always reachable if you need her but all the other employees are so good you rarely do. Agents…. If you need a title company that you can depend on deal after deal and to work with people who truly care about your transaction who treat you like a friend this should be the only company you ever use.

Extremely pleased with how smooth transaction went, Jim is very knowledgeable, detail focused and helpful. I'll refer every transaction I have in NE Ohio to Jim!
