Title Werks was amazing during our first home closing in February 2025! As first-time homebuyers, they made the entire process extremely simple, easy to understand, and stress-free. Their team was very trustworthy and helpful every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Title Werks!

I used this company in Aug of 2023 and 6 month later I figured our that my taxes are not paid and the numbers on my closing docs are wrong. The title company was distributing funds, since it was pre-foreclosure, but they never cared to looked into the numbers and seller and I signed deferent paperwork. Erin said sorry that she didn't catch the mistake. My issue is that I hired title company, signed the paperwork and agreed to the terms of the contract, but 6 month later I ended up paying more.... now I am wondering, what else is going to come up.... TitleWerks tried to "point fingers" to my lender, but even if my lender made a mistake, the title company should of catch it before giving my money to the seller... its exactly why we are hiring title companies. I am going to report this to MN
