maintenance emergency came through for us in the best way. we had a sudden leak that got pretty bad before we knew it and they showed up fast, were super kind, and fixed everything way quicker than i expected. it was such a pleasant surprise to have something stressful handled so smoothly. really grateful for how responsive and professional the team was. feeling very taken care of here.]

Toilet was not flushing like it should. They came and "looked at it" adjusted the water level and that was it. Toilet still does not work as it should. I still need to plung it every now and then. And it still doesn't flush all the way.

The price has almost doubled in 4 years for rent and amenities. This use to be affordable living, my apartment still looks like it’s from the 70’s and I have to pay market rate! My registers sit on the floor, I get hot and cold water through my showers. I can’t control the heat, the air conditioner only cools the living room. My bathroom smells like mildew. Definitely not worth 1400.00 for a one bedroom apartment!

I'm a long term resident of this community. The day to day staff I deal with are the same fine folks I've been dealing with for years. The new company BLVD has been hard at work improving and upgrading the property. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Moved in here 2020. We like living here but the tranquility they want to present here has been lacking as the years go by. The staff are nice but don't have the answers and would find out. The answers are not answered. New owners are now nickle and diming on everything. Pool didn't open until the week before it would close. They need to be honest around here. Honestly scared not going to see deposit back when we decide to move because items that need fixed are still not fixed. However...We would love to stay here as long as we can.
