Forest Oak Apartments

Office doesn't respond to emails. Doors always closed or they aren't there. Paperwork isn't timely. Cleanliness has gone down. Turnover has been high but that's usually the case with property management. Still cheaper rent and nicer than anything comparable in the cities. Underground parking is awesome. Just pretty dark inside. Entry Fobs are finicky since they went to a new system. The playground in back is gone now just some monkey bars left over by the road. Trash chute room is clean and smells pleasant. Dumpster area still has a broken handle (lock doesn't lock anymore) but they keep it as clean as it can be which is nice. Lots of families. Good views. I stayed here for two years I have 4 kids ! These guys where so nice at first.. when stuff got broke they took they time too come out in fixed things ! Then blamed me for everything. 3 different people work in the office there also wasn’t any maintenance 👨‍🔧 for awhile! I had great rental history and until guys came in my life !

I wanted to rent with forest oak but unfortunately they didn't have any availability sooner than what I needed so I decided to rent with their other property in Hugo. The manager at forest oak here is wonderful! She is Professional, informative/detailed and very nice/easy to talk to! She went above and beyond for me. She answered all of my questions and got back to me in timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Good family environment. Amazing staff, lovely rural location, close by everything FL has to offer. Buildings are newer and have been well maintained, underground parking, each unit has their own furnace so NO WINDOW A/C UNITS!!!, Plus washer/dryer in every unit, that is a huge factor for my family! 888

I have been living here @ Forest Oaks for almost a year now, and I am amazed at what a great find this place was. Newly built buildings, 2 bathrooms per unit, laundry in each unit, reasonable rent, and (#1 perk) the area manager for these buildings is the kindest woman I have ever met. Hands down I feel lucky to have found this place during my housing search.
