Tiny SMART House

You do not want to have anything to do with this company or owner Nathan light Watson. They do poor quality work and have no intent on delivering, regardless of contract terms. They will gaslight you, they will ghost you, they will mock you. You can plan on having to take legal action. Expect them to drag it out as long as possible, fail at the last minute to pay for their share of arbitration, agree to settlement and then stall payments, never making a single one. They will force you to go to court and get a judgement, which again they don't pay. I am a non profit building homeschools for kids. If they will do this to me, they will do it to you too. This is a company with zero stars for integrity and one star for construction ability.

Would very much like to give this unscrupulous person and company ZERO stars. I paid Nathan Light-Watson $119+K almost 8 years ago and never got my house. The shell sat on his lot for years in the weather, never completed. I had no way to get it to my property myself, because since he never put axels on it, I couldn’t get anyone to move it. I sued this company, but of course Nathan is not paying on the judgement. This company stole my retirement savings without a second thought and made ZERO attempts to make it right.

What a rewarding journey this houseboat project has been! We started working with Nathan and his team in 2019. They helped us draft designs, navigate the permitting process, and collaborated with navel architects and hull fabricators to put the final pieces together in Seattle... literally! (The 1st floor was transported from Oregon and joined into a pre-fabricated hull, and the 2nd floor eventually followed and was stacked on top.) Although the pandemic in 2020 brought many challenges, patience and perseverance paid off! Big shout out of Andy and Brandy who did much of the handiwork. We now have a beautiful home. A year has passed, and everything works wonderfully! Thanks to everyone at Tiny SMART House.

About 2 years ago we were looking into a tiny house. We ended up moving to another state but we scheduled a tour and it was awesome! We were shown all of the models they had available, they even had customers permission to show us tiny homes just completed. They answered all of our questions with patience and encouraged us to think outside the box. They explained their materials, building process and everything from start to finish. A tiny house isn't out of our future, so I can say that if we ever decide to go that direction, regardless of where we live, we will be contacting them for our tiny house needs.

Not a customer but rather one of the employees of a sub-contractor Tiny SMART House used to finish the interiors. It's been awhile, probably over 2 years now. But after reading some of the reviews I need to add to the information on this company. Apparently my company wasn't the only one. We were hired to finish one of the Tiny Homes and never received the final payment for materials and labor. We assumed something was wrong with the work so we called and asked. The home had been delivered to the buyer in Newport. Received confirmation that the job was complete but never received any payment. They responded a couple weeks at a time until the Lien Deadlines expired. After that no response. Both customers and contractors should know that people seem to be getting stiffed on payments and pr
