This was a bittersweet situation for me as a seller. Sarah was my realtor who helped me step by step giving me positive assurance (which I needed) to sell my rental. All I had to do was communicate, make a couple of calls here and there, and Sarah did the rest. As a matter of fact, she did all the foot work with grace, confidence with professionalism. Cherise was amazing! From day one she was responsive and confident, she understood our need to sell quickly, and she worked with us to develop a winning strategy. We received an above asking offer, pre-listing, and then the transaction itself went smoothly. She kept us well updated and was also able to settle my mind when needed! I lived at one of Cherise’s properties and it was the worst rental experience I ever had. My electricity barely functioned, there was water appearing on the floor every morning. When I moved in the yard was covered in trash and dog poop. The walls were full of holes. The odor in the rental was unbearable. Nobody ever did a thing to help, and I had to threaten to sue in order to be released from my lease and to get my deposit back. This was a two month rental experience. I wouldn’t rent from this organization again for any reason.
