My experience with Newrez has been deeply disappointing. Their customer service feels heartless and completely disconnected from what modern customers expect. Every interaction felt like talking to a wall — scripted responses, long delays, and representatives who seemed more focused on enforcing rigid policies than actually helping. Their policies are unnecessarily complicated and difficult to navigate, especially during times when customers are already under stress. Instead of offering clear guidance or workable solutions, Newrez creates barriers. When I reached out during a difficult financial period, I expected empathy and options. What I found was a company not in tune with current trends in customer support — no flexibility, no meaningful assistance, and no sense that they understand

We had an excellent experience with Caliber and Sam Williams. He's a good listener, he's not pushy, he's very knowledgeable and experienced. After completing our home purchase through Caliber I can't see us using anyone else. You want to be working with someone you feel you can trust and who's looking out for your best interest- Sam was that person for us!

We have made a couple purchases through Sam and his team. Buying a house is always stressful. But these guys are pros and make it as easy as it can be. We spoke to a few lenders early on but only Sam really took the time to break the numbers down in a way we could understand. When we weren’t finding what we wanted in our original budget he help us come up with a plan to get where we need to be so we could get into our forever home. With a few hurdles to jump along the way Sam was always a quick phone call away to help us adjust as necessary. I’ll always recommend these guys at every opportunity.

Sam communicated expectations and dates very clearly, and he was always ready to respond to any questions that arose throughout the process. The amount of assistance my family received during the house purchase was incredible and unparalleled. I would strongly suggest working with Sam!
