Patrick and Brandon are the best. Very helpful though the whole process in purchasing our home and took time to address all of our needs and concerns (even worked on holidays). Patrick even went out of his way to find contractors and schedule eatimates which was so helpful since i am new to the area. I would definately recommend Andco if you are looking to buy or sell.

Theresa was great and put up with a lot of my nonsense without complaint. It took us over 6 months to find what we wanted because of our requirement and she kept answering her phone to go look. When it was time to sell she had a bag of tools that got us lined out and market ready in a hurry. We sold in the first month. Her support staff of Brandon and Patrick were very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Brandon was our real estate agent. He went above and beyond when helping us getting the right forever home. He answered every question we had, explained and guided us through the process in an outstanding way, and helped us figure out any issues and address any concern we had with the home we wanted to purchase.
