Be very careful with the pricing here. The “base rent” they advertise is not what you actually pay—expect an extra $200–$250 per month once all the required fees are added in. Management changed early last year, and the experience went downhill fast. Communication is terrible. It routinely took over a week to get a response to emails, and when they did respond, they were rarely helpful or proactive. We had numerous issues with our apartment that were never properly resolved. We dealt with mice, water leaking through the walls when it rained, and a broken sliding door that was already damaged when we moved in. Management told us the door would be replaced, but it never was. If you’re going to pay an arm and a leg for an apartment in Provo, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They cha

This place has gone downhill fast in the last few months. The lower floor by the mailroom smells like sewer constantly. They will nickel and dime you on fees constantly. They are dishonest and deceptive with their marketing and supposed prices. They will add arbitrary fees for no reason. For a new build, there are a lot of things that are already broken. Management does not respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. Your parking spot is no longer reserved or guaranteed, so good luck when there are football games and other events, but you are still paying $40/month to park. The "smart home" features have never worked. Security is non-existent. Half the time, the elevator and the door scanners for your key fob don't work, so you have to walk all the way around the building to go in a differen

We moved in right as it was opening up in August 2022. There were a bunch of issues right off the bat with utilities, parking, unfinished construction, and how much they charged you. I figured I would wait to see how things would improve as time went on. Some things got better, but overall this place is not worth it. Clayton here on site is great, but redstone is so big that they don't really care about the renters, just the money. I go back and forth between wanting to give 2 or 3 stars. Can't decide. 1) Not only is it already expensive for such a small amount of space, you should be prepared for a bunch of hidden fees and charges for services that you may not get or are sub par. 2) Having worked in construction for 8 years, I can tell you that they saved money where they could at the e

The apartment itself was awesome for my wife and I. Had everything we needed and the student married ward is so awesome. We loved it for a while but chose to move because our rent was increasing by a lot and management wouldn’t work with us like the old manager would have. That interaction was very dismissive and she did not make me feel like I was valued as a resident; she just wanted someone who would pay more. The amenities and grounds reflected the carelessness of the manager. Our floor often smelled like the bathrooms by the gym mixed with febreze. The pickleball court is cool but the gym is small and most of the equipment was broken. The elevator was also frequently broken. I also wasn’t a fan of all the extra monthly fees that you can’t opt out of, like valet trash and a super expen

We loved our first couple of years here but the new management has been very poor the past few months. The manager is very unresponsive and our lease renewal experience was horrible. The manager cared extremely little for our family’s situation and it was very clear she was trying to get every penny possible out of us. We won’t be renewing again. It has been disappointing to hear so many other residents complaining of the exact same things.
