I have been working with Vanguard Title for 10 years. Their customer service and communication is top notch. Most transactions run perfectly smooth. But even in the most tricky transactions they have always been pro active in finding solutions to issues or problems that may arise to make sure things close correctly and on time.

Paul and Jina were very friendly and helpful, and answered every one of our questions with respect and throughness. It was very relieving and stress free which says a lot because we are first time home buyers. Definetly recommend them to anyone!

Summary: I rarely write poor reviews, but would like to warn others. I used Vangard to process my loan in Sept of 2020. The price was fair, but the experience was not worth it. Conclusion: Now I am left with a bill (which I understand is my responsibility) and a late fee because I trusted Vangard to take care of the bill. The timing was tough because they didn't know what the exact amount would be so they were short on the payment, but the fact that I have a late fee because they said they will take care of the entire bill (but didn't), is why I would like to warn others before using Vangard. Taking a moment to compliment both TeJay Rasband and Suzi King at the Vanguard Title Orem office. As the office manager at Re/Max Results Orem, I hear them day in and day out solving issues and going above and beyond to ensure closings go as smoothly as possible. We here in our office often comment that there isn’t enough money in the world to make us do their job. On a more personal note, I’m in the middle of a difficult transaction as a Realtor on which TeJay and Suzi are completing the title work, and though the transaction isn’t complete, I have the utmost faith that the situation will be resolved with their guidance and assistance.
