Old Chapel Apartments

I absolutely love living in the Old Chapel Apartments. I love the historic nature of the building. It is finished wonderfully and beautifully. I love the historic exposed brick in the interior but yet it was so modern. I love the tall ceilings and windows in my unit. Every unit is cool and unique. I am not sure how they did it, but it is extremely sound proofed and was very quiet to neighbors and any street noise. I love living next to the grocery store and in walking distance to most places I need to go. The grounds are lovely all times of year. When I was looking for a place to rent, I was in touch with the Soters and they said they take care of their residents. That was so true! Sam has been so responsive and communicative. I love this place.

I've been a renter in Provo for the last 6 years and this has been far and away the best apartment complex I've lived at. The apartments are beautiful and in an incredible location. More importantly though, the management is incredible. They are responsive, professional, and trustworthy. If you're looking for a place to live, there is no better place than Old Chapel.

It is easy-to-read, specific and balanced. *The lease unambiguously spells out--multiple times--the expectations if/when a tenant leaves early. When you were debating whether or not to break our lease mid-term, your conversation with me made it evident you knew what those expectations would be. *I reiterated in that discussion that: -Responsibility to locate a replacement tenant was yours. -We would help with that process as much as we could. We lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely loved it. Not only was it a great location, but the apartments themselves were in great condition and the management was incredible. You can tell that they genuinely care about the residents and the property, and they work very hard to keep everything nice. Sam was super helpful and understanding when we had to end our lease early to move out of state, and we were able to find a replacement tenant in less than a month. We had some deductions from our deposit, but that was entirely on us as we had to leave in quite a hurry and didn’t have the time to clean as thoroughly as we should have. I couldn't recommend this place more! The apartments are beautiful! The location is conveniently close to a ton of restaurants and shopping as well as most of the events the community puts on. That being said it is very safe and secure with great lighting and cameras. The complex is very quiet and we never once were bothered by the sounds of neighboring apartments. We lived here for a year and a half and really loved it! All the amenities are modern and quite nice compared to other apartments in the price range.
