I was very impressed with Ryan. He was extremely thorough, inside and outside the home. He took the time to go over every part and especially the hard-to-get places. Although it took far longer than I’m sure he’d have liked, it didn’t affect his thoroughness. He was also knowledgeable. I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me the issues that came up during the inspection. His rates were also very reasonable. Highly recommend

Ryan has inspected two homes for us. He's very thorough and helpful in guiding us as to what the new homeowner needs to do to take care of the new home. In the first case, we purchased the home and have been very happy with that purchase. In the second case (5 years later), his guidance helped us decide that this house was going to require much more work than we were willing to invest. We'll be calling on him again as we continue our search.

As a Realtor I totally trust him and his expertise. He is very thorough and detailed. We are grateful for Paragon Inspections who found a major issue recently where a roof could have collapsed. This is just one reason Home buyers should always get a home inspection. Sellers may not even be aware of any issues and you don't want to buy a problem.

My wife and I recently had him inspect a new build home that we purchased and the experience working with him was great. As first time home buyers the process of buying and maintaining a home can be intimidating, but Ryan was kind and professional and took the time before the inspection to go through the home inspection process with me. He was extremely thorough and allowed me to walk through the whole inspection with him and ask questions at any point. You can tell that he is very knowledgeable and he caught quite a few things that I would never even have known about or considered. I will definitely be using Ryan for any future home purchases and would recommend him to anyone.
