I want to give a special shout out to Scott on the timber Ridge maintenance team because he was extremely polite and very helpful when working on a problem I had in the main bathroom. Also, the fact that he was working on the weekend and was as polite as he was made, everything feel a lot nicer. I’ve been living here for three years now and it’s been always quiet, peaceful living. I don’t really have any complaints at all about the apartment complex as the maintenance team always seems to be very polite and gets the job done quickly. The facilities are also pretty nice with the pool and the Jacuzzi and gym. The Timberridge Team seems to always be very helpful with anything that I’ve ever needed like extra cleaning wipes For the gym, or coffee or tea in the clubhouse and there’s always act

Great experience, especially now that Stratum manages the apartment complexes. Best perk of living here is the on-site maintenance. The maintenance guys are always helpful, quick, and friendly (shout out to Chris and Scott for doing a fantastic job and going above and beyond)!

Shadow and Scott responded to a maintenance request quickly and efficiently. I just had surgery and they were respectful and considerate. Thankful for their help with my bathroom faucet!

I lived at Timber ridge from Jan 2022 to August 2023. when I moved in I asked if they would provide sample paint when I move out since I wanted to put up 1-2 paintings to which they said sure. When it was time to move out they had changed their policy. Mind these these are tiny less than 1/4” spots - they charged me $70. I had my apartment professionally cleaned- they still charged me $170. This is theft plain and simple.

When I first moved here management was awesome. Then there was a period of high turnover which left response time and consistency lacking. Some of the lower star reviews reflect that. It seems they have since leveled out again and things are going well now. Maintenance has always been 5 stars. Super responsive.
