Timbercroft Apartments

My kitchen sink has been stopped up for 2 months, mold in the utility closet from a flood coming from the roof that leaked into that closet. Bathroom door been broke for years. Since FPI took over maintenance ppl have quit which means things go undone. They don’t answer the phone to make any appointments. The office staff sucks, I could’ve stayed in Baltimore city for this and been better off. Habitat for Humanity please get rid of FPI MGMT. They already have a class action lawsuit in the city with another property for doing the same thing. They let your property go down their staff are lazy. Please find another company to manage the property

Last year new management took over and it's been horrible. They are late in getting people to sign paperwork. When it snowed they were giving me so many different excuses on why they didn't have someone to come and clean up the snow. I had to walk up and down the slippery hill with my son when he had to get on and off the bus since the bus driver wouldn't drive on the property since it was dangerous. There were so many times where my son and I almost fell. Then there were 2 different occasions where I didn't have water and some neighbors of mine. The first time it happened it took them a few weeks to fix it and this was January 2025. Then the second time it happened which it was May 2025 we waited almost 2 weeks to get the water problem fix because the leasing office and maintenance worker

The leasing office staff is issuing false charges and eviction notices while actively avoiding accountability. Tenants are being denied proper access to the office, which now operates on an “appointment-only” basis — yet appointments cannot be scheduled because phone calls go unanswered. In addition, maintenance requests are not being handled appropriately, leaving residents without necessary repairs. A class action lawsuit is currently being pursued against both the individual staff members involved and FPI Management for these deceptive and negligent practices. ALSO DAILY LATE FEES ARE UNENFORCEABLE AND ILLEGAL

Horrible Management, Horrible Maintenance, Horrible attitudes from staff, Trifling Neighbors, Mold, Mice, Spiders, Terrible upkeep of property grounds, Dirty laundry room, Broken appliances, Dirty pool after being closed for 3 years, Police always in the neighborhood for something, Numerous house raids, Poor electrical wiring, Water shut offs often with no notice and off for days, Power outages, Poor bookkeeping, Threatening letters left on your doors, Trash always in the parking lot, Loud and unsupervised kids outside all hours of the day and night, Residents living here not on lease, Parking wars, Dirty playground, And the list goes on! New ownership is needed not just management! Corporate is horrible as well!

Don’t do it im definitely going to give yall facts and photos on why this is the worst place to live Brittany and Marquise is the new property manager and they are no different from the others These apartments suffer from mold reallly bad And mice. They don’t fix anything they hire hood men for maintenance they have a young lady name autumn in the office that comes to work looking crazy and sit there and barely answer the phone . They take forever with paperwork. Mind you this is in owings mills right where home owners are and they do not keep it clean what so ever these apartments are not updated
