Timber Ridge Apartment Homes

I just moved into Timber Ridge Apartment Homes and I can say I am very pleased with everything this apartment and complex has to offer. The apartments are very roomy and clean. There is basically nothing wrong with anything and all the appliances work well. The place comes with covered parking and an in-unit washer and dryer. The shared facilities are spacious and clean including a gym, club house room, pool, playgrounds, basketball courts, and a pickleball court. I could not be any more impressed with this place. The staff, including Tammy and Jessica, were very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. I am very pleased that I found this place before moved to Leesville. If you are military, please think twice before moving here. First, the management is not friendly and doesn't go out of their ways to assist you. They always referred to my wife as a "roommate " probably because she of her name "hint". What is good about the location is it's usually quite because the vast majority of the neighbors are military but here are the bad parts. The apartments have a cockroach and wasp problem. Sure you can spray and kill as many as you want but they keep coming back. Another issue I had was the constant water outrage. When I lived there in 2024, I had water outrage at least 5 times the first 3 months because some water line broke and the manager would occasionally not send any notices to people about the outrage. May the odds be ever in your favor. Old apartments with old appliances. You will have bugs…all types…even though they spray. No issues with office staff or maintenance people, had very little interaction with them. Not many options in the area, so you get what you get.

I have absolutely loved living here! I had my first baby not long after moving in, and it has been a wonderful, safe place to raise my daughter. The community is quiet and welcoming, and I’ve never had issues with noise or neighbors. Maintenance is always quick to fix any problems, and the pool is a great amenity, especially in the summer. The grounds are always well-kept, with the grass looking great year-round. I also want to add that Tammy has been so easy to work with—whether I’ve locked myself out, misplaced keys, or just had questions, she’s always welcoming and friendly. Overall, I’m so thankful to call this place home, especially because it has been such a great place to raise my daughter.

The staff is great, friendly, and willing to ensure your comfort during your stay at Timber Ridge Apartments. Craig and Eric on the maintenance team are great, work orders are done promptly and efficiently. Tammy, Deanne, and Jayci in the office are always nice and make sure there is always something going on monthly for the residents. Great place to stay!!!
