During my almost 2 years at this apartment complex, I had a great experience. During the touring and move in process Daniel assisted me a great deal and helped me through out the whole process. Maintenance requests were handle quickly, appropriately, and with care. The commute to base is not that far like six to ten minutes to the main gate or gate 2 at the back exit. Joanna was really helpful during my move out process and assisted me a great deal. I recommend these apartments to anyone and I would rent here again of I ever come back. Its a nice neighborhood, my neighbors were quiet, and it has some nice amenities. The only downside is can say is I can hear my neighbors moving and closing doors and watching TV through the walls in the 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment and the maintenance crew wou

Sycamore Point’s claim about “unique” 2–3 bedroom floor plans and “high-end features” feels like pure marketing fluff that doesn’t match reality. There was nothing distinctive about the layout—just the same cookie-cutter setup you can find at countless other townhouse/apartment complexes. And calling it “high-end” is a stretch at best. A patio and “designer flooring” aren’t luxury features when the patio is basic and the flooring looks and feels cheap or standard-grade. These were basic floors, old cabinets and appliances. The plumbing was horrible and peeling tubs. Overall, this place didn’t feel elevated, special, or even well put together—it was honestly the worst townhouse/apartment complex I’ve ever been to, and the description reads like a totally different property than what you act

I've lived here going on two years and I have to say they have the most impressive service. I had an emergency maintenance issue recently and the Maintenance Supervisor arrived 15 minutes after I called. They even sent their cleaning lady over clean up after they fixed the issue to clean up the mess. Sycamore Point has excellent staff. This is the safest place to stay. If you have high standards, they will for sure meet them all.

Excellent management team! Signing and terminating the contract was absolutely hassle-free. Plus, all maintenance requests were responded promptly and were taken care of in no time. They hire contractors to frequently perform landscaping and keep the place clean and organized. Highly recommended!

Great apartment complex, quiet, safe area and Ms Lisa, Ms Danielle, and Ms Joanna are awesome, what a wonderful staff they have, maintanace team is awesome anything you need done they will take care of it for you.
