Green Ridge Apartments

I have been living at this complex for more than 3 years and it is absolutely the best place to live in Leesville with a less than 15 minute drive to reach Fort Polk. Tamara, the apartment manager, is the key to that success. She is so caring and kind, she does everything possible to make this complex better for all the residents. She will always be there for any problem or need you have, and she goes above and beyond helping tenants. Its a small community run by people who truly care. The maintenance team is always friendly and is sent over immediately or the next day for any issue, big or small. You will always feel safe and welcome. I lived here short of two years, and I really loved it here. It is a community on its own with its own basketball court, tennis court, pool, picnic area, gym, mail room, and free laundry room. It is very close to base and to everything in town so getting around was not hard at all. Very nice townhouses and apartments overall with plenty of parking spaces. Rent is also very affordable with everything included so I did not have to worry about 5 different bills but just one. It is worth mentioning, Tam is the best manager I have ever met and her being there alone sets Green Ridge Apartments apart from any other apartments I have lived in. Amazing! The area is quiet and peaceful. With families of all kinds! Everyone is friendly and does a superb job of keeping the place clean and nice. The staff? Even better! Pamera and Warren do such an excellent job! Contactable at any given time. They make it really easy and nice to live here and never hesitate to help. A problem hates to see Pamera coming cause she gone handle it quickly!!!!!!

I have lived at GreenRidge Apts for the past 4 years. Living in this apartment has been a fantastic experience. The apartment management team is highly responsive and proactive in addressing concerns. Tamara in particular is the absolute best she goes out her way to help the tenants in any way possible. The living space is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly take care of. I appreciate the sense of community fostered here and the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable living environment. The leasing process was smooth, and the ongoing communication is excellent. Overall, as a current tenant, I am very satisfied with the quality of service and living conditions provided.

Green Ridge Apartments is a hidden gem. This is a great place to live, especially for single Soldiers. The Garden floor plan layout has more than enough space. The closet in the Master bedroom is huge. I loved that the apartment did not have carpet! It’s about a 5 minute drive to Fort Polk, if you are entering gate 1 or 2. The staff are extremely friendly! I left for a for 9-week school, and they did a courtesy start for my car and a courtesy walk through of my apartment! They also do a good job at informing tenants packages, community events etc. I never had any issues with any of the neighbors, everyone does a good job of respecting quiet hours.
