I had the most amazing time renting with Fertitta real estate for 3 years. I never had one issue with them. Honest and reliable. Ready whenever I needed something fixed always responsive to my calls. Remembered me everytime I came in and were always kind and attentive. My move out experience was smooth and simple with easy instructions on what I needed to do before move out. Rodney is a very professional business man and it was always a pleasure to work with him. Thank you Fertitta, if I’m ever back in town I’ll be looking to rent through y’all.

Don't know about the "fake 5 star reviews". Look at the likes beside each review, you'll see a pattern. This place doesn't clean their rentals very good, dirty. Unwilling to work with the tenants, get paid 3 days past rent date? 25$ a day, they refuse to work with you. They do the bare minimum and act like their rentals are immaculate. Complete joke of a real estate place but, this is Leesville after all, so the bar is pretty low and Fertitta gladly crawls under that bar.

I love Fertitta real estate. Always professional and kind. Handle issues with property quickly. Has been a pleasure renting with them....I highly recommend them for your housing needs!

Fantastic company, fantastic people at Fertitta Realty! Michael helped us sell 2 properties; he had the first one sold within 2 hours, and the second one after 3 days! Michael also kept us informed about where we were at every stage of the several stages of the selling process, which we really appreciated! Great at communication at Fertitta! Also, we'd already moved out-of-state, and so all had to be done via phone, texts, and emails. Because of the high level of professionalism of those at Fertitta Realty, all went smoothly and quickly anyway! Highly recommend Fertitta Realty!

Shady and a bit of the thief. Not to mention Fertitta (the owner) misuses her notary on lease contracts. Moved in to a house with bulbs out, dirty carpet, broken blinds, attic mold from a leaky roof, disgusting fridge, sticky cabinets, broken hinges on a couple cabinets etc.... Now the issue was not any of those stated. My wife and I documented every issue in the house. Before we signed the lease agreement we noted and added a clause which stated "the rental home will be at current condition or better when vacating than we received it". We signed and emailed scanned copy of the lease document back to Fertitta. We were never issued the final copy of the lease thou we did notice in the original lease agreement the notary witness (a Fertitta employee) signature block had already been signed.
