I moved out of the apartment and after 4 months had not recieved a security deposit back, I ended up calling to see what was taking so long and was told the check had been mailed to the apartment that I moved out of because I didn’t provide a forwarding address. My forwarding address was written on my move out notice that was given over a month prior to me moving out, so I’m not sure why they claimed they “didn’t have it.” We were also told it would be a 1.5 bathroom apartment and found out on move in day that there was only one bathroom. Rent price increased twice over the two year period I lived there. Would have given 4 stars back when I first moved in. Lived there for 3 years, never once had any maintenance done. Back door was jammed from the time I moved in and was never repaired, huge fire hazard, electrical sockets never repaired either. Didn't even do an inspection the first year. Then when moving out they tried to charge me to renovate the entire apartment all carpeting, wall etc. Would avoid at all costs many others are also moving out and they are trying to raise the rates for new tenants. Was paying 595 when I started and ended 645. They took my whole deposit and tried to charge me another 645 for damages.that plus they raised pet rates from 200 to 400 non refundable all without ever repairing things or checking in.

I applied for a 3 bedroom, but was given a 2 bedroom on the condition that as soon as the 3 bedroom opened I was to move to it. I have 4 kids 2 boys 2 girls. I was lied too and the 3 BR was given to someone else. I ended up staying for 2 years due to not being able to swing another move (deposits, moving cost etc). They advertised free gas (heating, hot water) but quickly removed the gas water heater and replaced it with an electric one. It was cramped and I had to give the kids the master bedroom and the little bedroom and I slept on the couch. No dining area and the galley kitchen was a nightmare.
