I have lived at the Pershing House Apt. for 1 1/2 years and I am so pleased with the 2 people in charge of making this apartment duplex run properly ,Marsha ( the manager) and Vince (the man in charge of the maintenance ) they are very professional yet friendly. I am also surrounded with amazing by neighbors. I feel safe, happy and very satisfied in these surroundings.
Some of the people need to find something better to do then get into other residents business. It is Clean. My mother has lived here for over 10 years.
I absolutely love it here Teresa the manager is great and Gary does a great job. Everybody is so nice here I would recommend it to everybody
Love living here. Happiest I've been in a long time. Residents are great. Building and apartments are wonderful.
Nice place, but they call the first floor the second floor so they don't have to tell the people downstairs that they live in the basement.
