I was unfortunate enough to enter into a purchase contract with Mr. Nolan Lamar for a property he owned. After asking us to extend our deadline twice, he stopped answering his phone and began what seem to be a well-played game of cat and mouse. My husband and I tired of the antics and told our agent we were not willing to continue with the contract with Mr. Lamar and to let him know we were allowing our contract to expire.
