The Residences at Lancaster Ridge Apartments

I have lived here many years and I have to say that all of my requests have always been handled in a timely manner. Between Josie, the office manager and Nate, the maintenance man, they get the job done! They are both always polite and very professional.

Nate is always quick to respond if we need anything done. Very pleasant demeanor and always friendly.

I lived at Lancaster Ridge for 10 months. Unfortunately I moved due to job relocation to NC. I really enjoyed living there. It was pretty quiet. Clean area with Mostly respectful neighbors. Josie was amazing. The new manager was awesome and very helpful and supportive. Having a garage is a game changer especially in the winter. Very convenient location. Walmart and Menards can wake you up early but the noise level is not what you'd think considering. Community is well maintained and most importantly, I always felt safe.

The application process was fast and easy. The property manager, Josie, is always a pleasure to deal with. Upon moving in the apartment was spotless. Our neighbors are friendly. We love having our own garage and driveway. It makes it feel less like an apartment. It is a quiet place to live.
