5 stars all the way for Timber at the Bay! Moving in was a breeze thanks to Jacob and Clare—they are professional, welcoming, and actually take the time to answer every question. The property stays in great shape, too. Huge shoutout to Brian and Robert on the maintenance team for being so quick and friendly whenever something needs a look. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much!
MOLD!!! Everything painted over even the mold. The maintenance men can’t even put a toilet paper roll on right and all the pictures taken were edited and brushed up to make it look nice here. It’s not they’ll charge you top rent and promise smart home appliances and granite counter tops but what you get is the opposite cheap everything and literally not one thing in the apparent isn’t painted over including the mold. Not to mention the parking lot will flood even if it gets barely any rain. The managers ignore all of this and will proton is getting rent from you anyway they can even if there repair man is 3 weeks late stay away form this place coming from a long time tenant it’s not what it seems also my car has been broken into TWICE no camera no security no gate they have homeless ppl w
The office staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They genuinely seem to care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Jacob and Clare are always so nice and helpful.
I will put in maintenance requests and they will never be fulfilled. I don’t blame the maintenance guy because he is only one man working for multiple buildings, but management needs to hire more help. We have outstanding requests from months ago.
You have found your home. Tara and her staff are the very best and their property reflects this. There is a reason it sits along Pass Rd because no one should pass this opportunity up. From the time you take your tour, sign your lease you already know that you have found your home. Not to mention, less than 5 minutes from putting your feet in the sandy beach and countless fine dining. Welcome Home
