Arbor Village Apartment Homes

My husband and I just moved in last month and we absolutely adore this place! The complex itself is super cute and peaceful with lots of nature and quiet, friendly neighbors. The office holds several community events every month, free coffee, breakfast, etc. We got some free tacos yesterday which were great and there’s a patio decorating contest for Halloween! Our apartment is gorgeous and spacious. The only thing I don’t love is that the patio isn’t screened, but it’s still a lovely little space. This apartment is the best we’ve found by far. (Note: my camera doesn’t do it justice)

While everyone on the team is super respectful and helpful with most things, this has honestly been a nightmare experience from us. We have dealt with everything from rude and hostile neighbors, a dryer that didn’t work for 8 months, a major leak, pests, poor or no communication, and now property damage to our patio furniture. Not to mention it’s almost impossible to get out of the property due to the traffic on pass road, which is obviously not their fault but still frustrating. We really wanted to love it here but it’s just one thing after the next.

Arbor Village Apartments has been a safe haven for me and my living situation. I have made Arbor Village Apartments my home twice. It is affordable living in upscale style. All of the exterior features and facilities are well maintained as well as all interior maintenance. It has plenty of resident parking, plus extra parking for visitors and handicapped parking. A very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with a lot of activities for their young and older residents. Friendly staff and office personnel. Great community.

The grounds are amazing! Live oaks, magnolia trees.views of beautiful manicured ground,visited for the first you’ll be impressed of the amenities offered such as pool area, You’ll be impressed with the beauty of the entire place, the level of service and variety of amenities the properties display, a dog park, walking track, car wash area,gazebo, picnic area ,waterfalls in the pool area. You’ll be impressed with the seasonal decorations, manicured flowers and grounds.Lighted walk areas and parking areas. Knowing the security of the gated community. Full time office staff and scheduled maintenance crew. Plenty of parking areas around each apartment as well as guest parking.Spacious apartment s with gated patios.Monthly events for all ages scheduled.Easy bus transit to schools and stor

The young lady at the office was fantastic. We have toured AV two times and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Seems like a very well kept apartment complex.
