We love our Elliot Home! We broke ground in July and were moved in by the end of November. We love our floor plan and everyone we worked with throughout the home buying process. They were patient with all my questions and need for updates while we anticipated move in day. Now that we are all settled in, Elliot staff still checks in to make sure everything is the way we like it. It’s so comforting to know such kind and hardworking people are in our corner and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our forever home is perfect. #coral

We purchased our home in April 2020 and have found numerous quality issues that should never have occurred. From a roof leak, to finding cardboard box cut shims for doors. To drainage issues with the yards (still not corrected) causing damage to our property. Sub contractors doing warrenty work damaging the property and not informing anyone, waiting for you to find the damage…Their leadership is aware. We are a military family that have friends in other subdivisions that live in Elliot homes with similar quality issues and have just accepted they poor quality too. They are a track builder no different from DSD, Dr Horton…ect…buyer beware, talk to owners in the subdivisions your a considering, they will be glad to make you an informed buyer. Working with Elliott Homes has been super easy. They have made building and buying our home a smooth process and have answered all of my questions. Dawn is amazing to work with and has kept us updated on every step of the process. I was so nervous about building but I was nervous for no reason. I am so happy to be getting a good quality home that my family can make amazing memories for years to come.

When we first stepped into a model home we were super impressed by the quality of the home. Dawn showed us to many homes until we found the floor plan that was just right for us. The staff at Elliot has made the buying process easy and has kept us up to date consistently on the status of our home. We made the decision to by an Elliott Home in May 2023, contingent on selling our home in CA. We luckily, thanks to a great agent Lynda Ames, we able to sell the CA home in a timely manner. Elliott Homes was in constant contact with us, making sure all was going well. We could not quite meet the closing date originally targeted, and Ron Barbee was very accommodating in adjusting our closing date, along with Renee Latch. Both were a great help. Just before closing we met with Steven Miller to go through the home and note anything that still needed attention, which he took care of almost immediately. A big kudos to Steven.
