Jayden and the team at Magnolia Gulf Properties is wonderful. Our family had struggled to find a contractor that would do a bathroom renovation for our home and Jayden was recommended by a friend of the family. I cannot say enough good things about the job they did. From the brand new handicap accessible shower, to the new counter top, to the new trim, paint, and grout staining, everything was done quickly, professionally, and most importantly (as a day sleeper) quietly. Jayden is very attentive and a proactive listener. He and his team were able to work within our budget to make sure all of our ideas were integrated and the modifications done were done beautifully and up to the best safety standards. Removal of that 35 year old masonite, replacing with Hardy board, new sofits and all the windows with new trim, new steel front door and decking for the front porch . I had a small section of roof that needed to be replaced. Jayden was quick to respond and very professional. When his workers showed up, they got right to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They left no mess behind at all! Definitely would recommend and will be using this business for future needs!

Saved Christmas by being able to get the work done so quickly and even added another smaller job on and completed on time. Inspections passed and we were able to open for business.
