Tim is fantastic. I worked with him as a first time home buyer and he was fast, responsive, hard-working, and highly knowledgeable. He was willing to dive into the details with me and answer a slew of questions about financing options and strategies. And I had a lot. I spoke with six different loan officers from local and national banks and Tim's level of service was unmistakably on a different level. On top of that Tim knew everyone involved in my home-buying process from (both) the realtors to the title company.
