Covington Place Senior Apartments

I just want to say how very nice it’s been since Crystal Allen started working at Covington Place. She has been so involved with us residents since day one. I’m sorry to say we’ve had so many managers over the years and most of them have not cared about us as seniors or as people and many have even been disrespectful. Tomorrow she’s hosting a holiday dinner and dance. She’s decorating beautifully and hasn’t asked anyone to help. Although some are helping. In the short time that she’s been here, she’s made a very positive difference In our community. It’s would be Wonderful to have her as our permanent manager. Hello my name is Tessa moon in apartment 201 I had quite a nice experience with the help I got from the front desk from a wonderful lady her name was crystal Allen I could not get the act of building to accept my money and time because of the weekend and I was under a crunch to get this setup and in.. I couldn't do it myself and the lady was efficient professional very kind happy and it's such a fresh air having somebody like that at the front desk I've yet to meet the other manager that I'm sure that she is a stellar agent as well as Crystal Allen because this place is finally looking like it did when I first moved in thank you very much for getting efficient people in here who are professional courtesy fast efficient professionals. I just really wanna say how wonderful Crystal Allen has been. She's super helpful and very kind. Please make her permanent here. She's definitely a breath of fresh air!! She goes over and beyond. I needed help with my groceries and she helped take them from my car and to my unit. Love that she's here.

i found Crystal Allen to be very professional, friendly accomodating i believe that Crystal is an excellent fit for senior housing as a property manager. in the two weeks that I've known her that i would say you strongly appreciate her and not let her go.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. You should be ashamed of the way you are managing this establishment. My parents live here and prior to the new owners take over it was a nice place to live. During the past 2 years they have gone months without housekeeping services the carpets are stained, the furniture is as well. at a time when thorough cleaning should have been a priority during the pandemic, while most businesses were ramping up on cleaning you provided none! They have been through so many manager changes I have lost count. The dishwasher in there apt has been broken for greater than 6 months with no repair in site. There is no on site maintenance.
