Tifton Living Apartments

Somerset apartments were great!!! Appliances were new and updated, apartment spotless upon moving in. Very calm and quiet area. Communication with management was great throughout our stay and maintenance was quick with fixing things. Definitely recommend.

Im speaking on the Fulwood Pointe apartments on 12th street here in Tifton, GA. Dont let these people bull crap you! They will be all nice to your face and rob you blind in the end. I want to specifically call out Teresa the property manager and Billy the maintenance man. They come off as nice people, but are actually talking bad behind your back. They will come up with all types of reasons to keep your security deposit, so dont expect to ever get it back. They will tell you time and time again that they will fix something, but they never will. Not unless they just become annoyed with you. Then they will bust in your place while you are sleeping and blame it on a work order when all they have to do is respectfully come back. It doesnt matter if you tell them you work night shift or not, so

The manager is very understanding of every situation and never ignored or delayed any of the work orders I put in and the apartments are so kept up I hardly ever have to put one in

These apartments are very nice and spacious. Office staff is great! The appliances are all new. Everything works well! All maintenance issues are handled quickly. LB

They keep your security deposit and charge you extra. Over things that were already damaged when you moved in.
