Casey's Court Apartments

This truly was one of the best housing experiences I’ve ever had. I moved here on a relocation package and heard really good feedback from the locals about Casey’s Court. The complex is conveniently located near the majority of amenities that Tifton has to offer and has extremely convenient, quick access to the interstate. The best part of my experience was the Manager Sara, and there is a reason she is mentioned in several reviews. Sara ALWAYS went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. I would recommend Casey’s Court for anyone seeking a great living space and peaceful atmosphere.

The management at Casey’s Court has gone above and beyond any other team I have rented from in the past. My daughter is going to school in the area but we live in Florida. I was nervous that she would be so far away on her own, but after meeting Hannah and Sara; I felt a sense of relief by their caring & supportive demeanor. Tenants stay informed via texts regarding the impending weather, reminders of pest control, periodic fire extinguisher checks, etc, I feel very confident that I chose the right complex for my daughter‘s first apartment. The communication between management and the tenants is exceptional. As a cosigner, I receive the same texts so I am aware of the quantity and professional quality of them. My experience with Casey’s Court community and management team has been excellent. Sara is friendly, organized, and always willing to assist with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the property is consistently clean and well maintained. The management truly cares about their residents and works hard to provide a comfortable living environment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Casey’s Court is an awesome place to live. I am originally from Florida and I can tell you an apartments like this would cost $2000 a month easy. And most don’t have incentives like there are at Casey’s Court! The people here are so nice and helpful.And our manager (Sara ) and maintenance (David ) work together to keep everything working and everyone happy! So glad to be a part of Casey’s Court Apartments! Casey’s Court has nice facilities, is clean, and is a quiet place to live. The management here is friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Great spot to live for students and young professionals
