This was our first time selling a house and buying a house so we had a lot of questions we knew that he was constantly working behind the scenes for us because he would send us updates on a regular basis as to how things were going, so we did not have to totally rely on the home star app. (Which was good to have as well, we just enjoy doing more with a person versus an app). He gave us all the numbers when we were trying to budget out everything and our prices kept changing because of the market.
