Meadowwood Apartments

I’ve lived here for a few months now, and honestly, this is one of the best apartment experiences I’ve ever had! From move-in day, everything was smooth and organized — the staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care that I felt at home. Maintenance requests get handled fast (usually within a day), and the property is always clean and well-kept. The amenities are a huge plus — the gym is spotless, the pool area feels like a resort, and the package lockers make deliveries super convenient. My apartment itself is quiet, modern, and well-built — I never hear my neighbors, and the appliances are all high quality. Affordable apartments at a good location near town. Rent includes internet services. I've been here for over a year and have had a pleasant experience. The 2 bedroom suites are small but livable with larger options available. The management is helpful and attentive, and maintenance is always ready to help for any issues. Also includes a nice playground for young kids.

They will not tell you about a cleaning fee upon moving in and try to hit you with two different numbers at the time of moving out. They didn't even attempt to notify me of the debt through a phone call or email (information they had) instead they just sent it straight to a debt collector. Not very great amenities anyways paid 900$ for a non remodled apartment. Expensive thin ceilings you can hear your neighbors well. Just a dinky little park in the back for kids no pools or anything nice to do.

Great place to stay. Emily and Gina made my move in process a breeze coming from Florida. Although I was in another state she made all the necessary arrangements for me to make the process smooth. I can’t thank them enough. I want to also say th maintenance guy does a great job in getting the work orders done in a timely manner. I’ve really enjoyed living here! The lawn and landscaping are always well-kept, which makes the property look beautiful year-round. The neighborhood/complex is quiet and peaceful, and the property managers are friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions. It’s been a great place to call home!
